VISITORS – Thanks for reviewing the below T+Cs before attending one of our events.
(Questions? Visit our FAQs page.)
BOOKING PROCESS
i) If your application has been successful, we’ll let you know via email.
ii) Email notification of a successful applicationisnever a booking confirmation; bookings are only everconfirmed once payment has been received – no exceptions.
iii) While we always provide a payment deadline to successful applicants – however, because we usually receive far more high-quality applications than there are available spots, our best advice is to book asap after you’ve received notice that your application has been approved (rather than waiting until the deadline).
iii) Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis to all successful applicants – once they’re sold out, they’re sold out.BOOKING DEADLINES
After the booking deadline stipulated in successful applicants’ ‘invitation to book’ email, unbooked spots will be opened up to the waitlist.
NOTE: We are unableto reserve pitches for successful applicants – pitches are only ever deemed as confirmed/booked upon receipt of payment.BOOKING CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS

For confirmed bookings cancelled/alteredafter the designated cutoff, 100% of the pitch fee will be forfeited; for confirmed bookings cancelled/alteredbefore the cutoff, a 25% admin fee (i.e. 25% of your paid pitch fee)per booked day cancelled will be incurred. This admin fee honours the time spent behind the scenes on admin to cancel/alter your booking. Thank you in advance for respecting our time, and for having read + understood these T+Csbeforebooking with us.
Missed events/no-shows – If you’re unable to attend your booked event for any reason (e.g. sickness (incl. COVID-19), adverse weather, train strikes, bereavement etc.), 100% of your pitch fee will be forfeited – i.e. we’re unable to transfer your booking to another date, and no refund will be due. Again, thank you for your understanding on this.EXHIBITOR APPROVAL
Our events are carefully curated – all exhibitors (regardless of whether or not we’ve worked together before) must be pre-approved by N4MM for each event via the usual application process; if you have a friend who'd like join your event + share your pitch, please send them here to apply – any exhibitors who turn up on event day (e.g. to share a friend’s pitch) but haven’t applied + been pre-approved by N4MM will be turned away on the day.ONLINE CONTENT + PROMOTION
i) Failure to meet required content/promo deadlines will likely result in reduced promotional inclusion;
ii) Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they share/supply to us doesn’t infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (i.e. they must own/have permission to use any content they share/supply);
iii) We do not take responsibility for anything participating exhibitors, customers or followers (past or present) post on their own channels, either during or outside any online events.ARRIVAL + SETUP
Exhibitors must arrive within the setup window communicated for their event. Late arrival/setup requests are never guaranteed to be accommodated + are entirely at the organiser’s discretion. N4 Makers' Market reserves the right to refuse entry to currently booked + future events; cancel participation in advance without refund, or reallocate pitches where:
i) an exhibitor fails to arrive + set up by the closing time of the communicated setup window;
ii) a pitch remains unoccupied for more than 60 trading minutes;
iii) late arrival would negatively impact neighbouring exhibitors, event operations, visitor experience, health + safety or the overall presentation of the market.If, exceptionally, a late arrival is permitted, exhibitors understand that:
i) access/setup restrictions may apply;
ii) no partial refund, transfer or compensation will be due.YOUR DISPLAY – ADDITIONAL KIT
N4 Makers' Market supplies tables only. Use of any additional kit (e.g. clothes rails, grid mesh walls, art browsers/print racks, carousels, crates etc.) as part of your display needs to be pre-approved by us – you can let us know your requirements upon application. The health + safety of all in attendance is paramount, so please be aware that if, on the day, any additional kit you bring – whether pre-approved or not – is blocking walkways, we’ll require it to be moved or packed away entirely. (Please also note that it’s not possible to store any bags/boxes/suitcases etc. you transport your products/setup in during the event, so please do ensure that whatever you don't need to use as part of your display can be stored under your table.)OUR REMIT
We aim to work always + only with reputable individuals/businesses/brands, but do not carry out quality control checks on what they sell. Similarly, we do not carry any stock, ever, and are entirely removed from any transactions or communications that take place between exhibitors + their customers as a result of our markets or otherwise. vi) The accuracy/truthfulness/validity of customers'/followers’ identities or the information they provide to exhibitors/us, or that which they post on their own profiles.

We accept no responsibility for any additional costs or losses incurred by exhibitors as a result of cancellation.
