TERMS + CONDITIONS

ONLINE MARKETS

  • Your place at our online makers’ market is confirmed ONLY once we’ve received payment from you; once payment has been received, places are non-refundable + non-exchangeable for any other date, without exception;

  • All deadlines given for stall content (i.e. images, videos + copy) are hard deadlines. In the case of a missed deadline, your place at the market will be forfeited without refund;

  • Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they supply to us doesn’t infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (i.e. they must own/have permission to use any content they supply);

  • We reserve the right to work/partner with (and decline to work with) artists/designer makers/brands at our own discretion;

  • We aim to ensure variety between aesthetic/offering, but are not obliged to alter our lineup in the case of any similarities;

  • We aim to work always + only with reputable individuals/businesses/brands, but do not carry out quality control checks on what they sell. Similarly, we do not carry any stock, ever, and are entirely removed from any transactions or communications that take place between stallholders + their customers as a result of our markets or otherwise. In the case of any concerns complaints about quality, service or otherwise, please contact the seller direct;

  • We + our community actively rejects racism, ableism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, hatred, and discrimination, prejudice or bias of ANY kind. We reserve the right to revoke the place of (or refuse access to) anyone infringing these values immediately, without notice or refund;

  • Participants take full responsibility for ensuring their products adhere fully to any legal frameworks that may apply to their products/service;

  • We do not take responsibility for anything participating stallholders, customers or followers (past or present) post on their own channels, either during or outside any online events;

  • As would be the case at a physical market, we have no control over, do not guarantee + can never vouch for:

    • The quality, safety or legality of items advertised

    • The truth or accuracy of listings

    • The ability of sellers to sell items/make sales of any amount

    • The ability of buyers to pay for items

    • The accuracy/truthfulness/validity of customers'/followers’ identities or the information they provide to stallholders/us, or that which they post on their own profiles.

  • In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, we will notify all confirmed stallholders as soon as possible using the contact details provided by them, and take no responsibility for any losses incurred by stallholders as a result. Stallholders will be offered a choice of either a refund or a place at a future date.
