VISITORS – Thanks for reviewing the below T+Cs before attending one of our events.
(Questions? Visit our FAQs page.)
BOOKING PROCESS
i) If your application has been successful, we’ll let you know via email.
ii) Email notification of a successful application is never a booking confirmation; bookings are only ever confirmed once payment has been received – no exceptions.
iii) While we always provide a payment deadline to successful applicants – however, because we usually receive far more high-quality applications than there are available spots, our best advice is to book asap after you’ve received notice that your application has been approved (rather than waiting until the deadline).
iii) Spots are allocated on a first come, first served basis to all successful applicants – once they’re sold out, they’re sold out.BOOKING DEADLINES
After the booking deadline stipulated in successful applicants’ ‘invitation to book’ email, unbooked spots will be opened up to the waitlist.
NOTE: We are unable to reserve pitches for successful applicants – pitches are only ever deemed as confirmed/booked upon receipt of payment.BOOKING CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS

For confirmed bookings cancelled/altered after the designated cutoff, 100% of the pitch fee will be forfeited; for confirmed bookings cancelled/altered before the cutoff, a £15 admin fee per booked day cancelled will be incurred. (The exact cutoff date for your specific event will be outlined in your EXHIBITOR PACK.). This admin fee honours the admin time spent on cancelling/altering your booking.
Missed events/no-shows – If you’re unable to attend your booked event for any reason (e.g. sickness (incl. COVID-19), adverse weather, train strikes etc.), your spot will be forfeited, i.e. we’re unable to transfer your booking to another date, and no refund will be due.EXHIBITOR APPROVAL
Our events are carefully curated – all exhibitors must be pre-approved by N4MM via the usual application process; if you have a friend who'd like join your event + share your pitch, please send them here to apply – any exhibitors who turn up on event day (e.g. to share a friend’s pitch) but haven’t applied + been pre-approved by N4MM will be turned away on the day.ONLINE CONTENT + PROMOTION
i) All deadlines given for exhibitor content (i.e. images, videos + copy) are hard deadlines. In the case of a missed deadline, your place at the market will be forfeited without refund. (If no deadline is expressly stipulated @ time of booking, no deadline applies);
ii) Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they share/supply to us doesn’t infringe any third-party intellectual property rights (i.e. they must own/have permission to use any content they share/supply);
iii) We do not take responsibility for anything participating exhibitors, customers or followers (past or present) post on their own channels, either during or outside any online events.YOUR DISPLAY – ADDITIONAL KIT
We supply tables only. Use of any additional kit (e.g. clothes rails, grid mesh walls, art browsers/print racks, carousels, crates etc.) as part of your display needs to be pre-approved by us – you can let us know your requirements upon application. The health + safety of all in attendance is paramount, so please be aware that if, on the day, any additional kit you bring – whether pre-approved or not – is blocking walkways, we’ll require it to be moved or packed away entirely. (Please also note that it’s not possible to store any bags/boxes/suitcases etc. you transport your products/setup in during the event, so please do ensure that whatever you don't need to use as part of your display can be stored under your table.)OUR REMIT
We aim to work always + only with reputable individuals/businesses/brands, but do not carry out quality control checks on what they sell. Similarly, we do not carry any stock, ever, and are entirely removed from any transactions or communications that take place between exhibitors + their customers as a result of our markets or otherwise. In the case of any concerns/complaints about quality, service or otherwise, please contact the exhibitor directly. Furthermore, we have no control over, do not guarantee + can never vouch for:
i) The quality, safety or legality of items advertised/exhibited;
ii) The truth or accuracy of listings;
iii) The ability of exhibitors to sell items/make sales of any amount;
iv) The ability of buyers to pay for items.
vi) The accuracy/truthfulness/validity of customers'/followers’ identities or the information they provide to exhibitors/us, or that which they post on their own profiles.
vii) The safety of equipment (e.g. tables) supplied to any exhibitor at any event; it is the sole responsibility of exhibitors to check any equipment supplied before using it and – if there are any safety concerns – these must be made known to the organiser immediately.CONDUCT
We + our community actively reject any form of explicit or implicit forms of racism, ableism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, hatred, and discrimination, prejudice or bias of ANY kind. We reserve the right to revoke the place of (or refuse access to) anyone infringing these values immediately, without notice or refund.COMPLIANCE
Exhibitors take full responsibility for ensuring their products adhere fully to any legal frameworks that may apply to their products/service.CANCELLED EVENTS
In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled, we will notify all confirmed exhibitors as soon as possible using the contact details provided by them, and take no responsibility for any losses incurred by exhibitors as a result. Exhibitors will be offered a choice of either a refund or a place at a future date.REFUNDS
If, for any reason, it’s necessary to refund some or all of your pitch fee, please allow up to 5 working days for processing – we’ll always confirm via email when it’s been sent.
